Description

We are looking for a Communications Center Operator to join our professional team and ensure a high level of customer service. The role requires a responsible approach, effective communication, and strict adherence to internal procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and providing accurate and timely customer support
• Make outgoing calls to provide information about insurance services and maintain communication with customers and partners
• Provide information about insurance services and terms
• Record customer inquiries, questions, and complaints in the system
• Direct customer calls to the appropriate specialists
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards
• Participate in internal trainings and self-development programs

Required Skills

• Higher education or secondary vocational education
• Excellent command of Armenian (knowledge of Russian and English is considered an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stress resistance and a high level of responsibility
• Work experience in a Communications Center or in customer service will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly
